Food, Retail & Logistics Management Platform
A platform for restaurants, minimarkets and cash & carry businesses. I worked on CRM, warehouse, supplier, cost, HACCP and loyalty modules, on logistics (driver tracking, intelligent route assignment) and on integrations with scales, POS and fiscal registers, plus what-if simulations on pricing, suppliers and new store locations.

JARVIS, the platform's AI assistant: suggested commands and hands-free voice mode
- One backoffice: operations centre, dashboards, and a real-time Live View over the visitor → cart → checkout → purchase funnel.
- POS with barcode scanning and separate channels for in-store, phone, WhatsApp, external delivery, online, pickup and home delivery.
- Restaurant floor with tables, bookings, customers, kitchen and waiters; customer records carry a rating, data coverage and a score breakdown.
- Inventory with critical stock, expiry dates, lots, categories, supplier mapping and consumption.
- Logistics and fleet management with a live courier map, shipments, inbound arrivals, vehicles, fuel, maintenance and a courier portal.
- Forecasting engine: sector benchmarks against national statistics, business risk per category, a what-if simulator, product/supplier/staff scenarios, a catalog of 65 external datasets and cross-module AI data collection.
- JARVIS, an AI assistant that navigates the platform and performs real actions (create orders, print receipts, query the warehouse), including hands-free voice mode.
- Public site with menu, product customisation, wallet checkout and a points-and-rewards loyalty programme.
