08 — Event warehouse management
WIP
A warehouse management system for event set-ups, as the product describes itself. It holds together the product catalog, furnishings owned by the customer, the share committed to jobs, the restoration cycle and delivery notes, with master data and user roles.
Real interface
Warehouse dashboard: products, jobs, available and committed quantities, conditions and items to restore
- Warehouse dashboard with total operational stock, quantities available per job, quantities already committed and items awaiting restoration.
- Every item is classified by condition (good, medium, to restore, discarded) and availability is computed only over usable conditions.
- Jobs and trade fairs are linked to customers, the print catalog and delivery notes.
