A management system for a technical inspection body carrying out periodic checks on installations. It covers the whole chain: records for leads, customers, sites, installations and technicians, inspection assignments, scheduling, inspection execution, document archive and administration, with linked invoicing and renewals.
Real interface
Inspection pro forma: lines per installation type, statutory charges, totals summary and payment status
- Pro forma invoices with inspection lines per installation type, non-taxable statutory charges and an automatically computed totals summary.
- Sending a pro forma stays blocked until the document is settled; the invoice is issued automatically once the first payment is recorded.
- Invoicing is synchronised with the e-invoicing service, so numbering, PDF and document status stay aligned.
